#54835, "regen (and plague, poison, bleeding, etc)"
|
Is there any general information about how these affect regen? Plague, afaik, completely stops all hp/m/mv regen? At first, I thought poison and bleeding stopped hp regen (on top of the damage they deal), but now I've played a character with a few regen edges and it seems I can regen some. Bleeding also seems like it greatly hurts mana regen.
Basically, I'm wondering if these effects are a % reduction in regen (plus damage), or something more complicated? How useful, for instance, is it to be slowed while bleeding? Is there any way to recover mana more quickly? Does Thick Veined have a major effect on this?
Sorry for the rambling post, but this is something that's been bothering me.
