I've fought against poisoners - seems like every current thief is a poisoner. My thought is that 'suggest quaff pwk' was fixed but if it's not yeah - that should've gone away years ago. I haven't faced that in many years.

To me the bind vs thug question is simply third attack + parting block vs bindings. Bindings are very good. Dragging would be nice but all I really need to kill a lot of people is blindfold and bind legs.

Its not really good in raid situations but that doesn't mean it's awful. Sleep isn't very good in raid situations either but I wouldn't say that necromancers are underpowered.
