Are you saying if you start out neutral good and align change to neutral evil, what cabal powers would you lose?

I don't have a sure answer, but my strong expectation is that you'd lose all your powers (as you do skills), and have to earn the evil-only powers, and that you wouldn't get the neutral powers back again.
