#13739, "Evils and Soul Citadel"


          

I am just curious, what(if there is one) the in game reasoning behind not allowing evil healers to get soul citadel is.

I understand in the healer revamp post Valg had that you are trying to make Good healers look the more viable option, but I was just curious why this supp is not usable by baddies.
