With the hth spec hit bonus, I don't think they can complain about not being able to hit people anymore, so why is hand to hand so much harder to practice than all the other weapons?

I'd have to see code to believe that its learning rate isn't lower than every other weapon. The LARGEST advantage to high hth is lower ranking time due to better tanking. Is this the uber advantage we're trying to avoid? I'm not saying arms race, but at least make it as easy (prefferably much easier) to practice than other weapons.
