beast before you. All of his exposed flesh has scars crisscrossing it. 
They clearly stand out, as they contrast sharply with dark color of his

North Sutherspring Road 
  The road passes through what is known as the Sutherspring Forest to most.
Rather small to be considered a forest, but the name was chosen and has been
ever since.  The Sutherspring Roads pass through the heart of the forest,
the road conforming to the nature of the forest.  The towering trees would
dwarf even a storm giant, light streaking in through the treetops.  The
forest has a certain feel of wood-elves, perhaps worked by them centuries ago,
but too many ages have past to know for sure.  Birds chirp all around you,
butterflies swirl through the trees, and the faint sound of running water gives
you a peaceful feeling.  Along the road, old stone benches lie under a tree or
around a small pond.  The road is used as much for travel as for a pleasant trip
through the wonderful forest.  The road continues through the forest to the
west, and leads out towards the plains to the east.
