If it hits, should it always drop the air form?

When they do fall from the sky, there appears to be no real damage (compared to the death that awaits an air form that loses mvs) and they also seem to be able to revert and cast word the next round before I can even type the where command to see where they landed.

The skill is niche within the hunter skill set and niche within the ranger guild and the enemies are niche with regards to being air forms that it can be used for. Any chance of beefing the skill up a bit? Maybe make them lie in a heap paralyzed for a few ticks so that the ranger can catch up to them (similar to a spinebreaker which is likely to have happened falling from that height)
