Posts like this make me sad. I'd like to think everyone who roleplays, and sticks to it well, is rewarded eventually. (I think good roleplay is its own reward, but that's another issue.) You certainly don't need to pray, or attempt to contact your God constantly, but it does help to let them know that you're out there, and you're involved in their beliefs. Whether that's a pray, a note, whatever, that's your call... but there's often simply too many folks for us to watch everyone for prolonged periods.

That being said, I'd say you probably have had a string of bad luck... I've never been a practice all skills to 100% type, I don't think that's important... eventually, if you do what your character was created to do, and do it well, you will be noticed.

I will echo what's been said by another in this string... get the joy from playing the character, not the rewards you think you deserve... it'll make the rewards all that much sweeter.

Good luck, I know it can seem intimidating at times, but eventually it will all fall into place.
