* Druid 'serpentine staff' commune has been reworked in a way that results in a buff.
-- Serpentine staff had 'tiers'. Which would make you think that higher tiers are better than lower tiers. Yet only ONE tier (not the highest) did the constricting thing that druids like. I think that's probably a mistake.
-- New serpentine staff has MORE tiers. Quite a few even. Each tier improves the serpentine staff more. Higher tiers do EVERYTHING lower tiers do *IN ADDITION* to their tier's benefits. Meaning it is ALWAYS better to use higher tier staff stuff.
-- Utility herbs increase this benefit.
