This probably isn't everything, but I ran through the source files and pulled out the bigger stuff I noticed.

Cabal Specific Changes Empire: Healing curse does a small amount of damage now Battle: Villagers get some read on the veil when calling truesight Battle: Allowing assassins to call truesight even if they have heighted awareness up and it will give them detect magic Nexus: Higher level Nexus get some read on where cabal items are downed when calling gauge balance
