- To me it seems the imms have made up this a4 rolemodel for evil imperial healers that one should follow.
Not really. You don't have to be a raging a-hole to be a successful Imperial Healer. You have to be evil. That can mean many, many things, and be played many different ways. That being said, if you want to be Divine in the Empire, know Imperial Law and know sect laws. That'll guide you just fine.
