Ahh, helluva reign there.

my first character to interact with you
was Vanadulin, I never really feared you
then. Had trouble understanding why everyone
else did. Guess it was pure luck. I got away
from you almost every time. Not that van could
have ever killed you, but getting away wasn't
that bad. I think the only time you got me
was going in to raid/ret the orb, and i can't
remember who else was there. When we were coming
up i remember you having followed me somehow when
i was duo'd i figure you followed me when i came out
and had the patience to keep it up until i came out again.
That and the choices of what you suggested, the types
of poisoning you chose etc, let me know you were going to
be a bad ass. I just always felt I had a good shot at getting
away. (when you and a few others went against me and an assassin
at the inner fort guard, i kept trying to talk him into going
after you one thief died, the fighter had fled into one room
and you into another. everyone was hurt, i had money, the guy could heal, but your rep ket him from going in to try to finish it.)
you scared the hell out of everyone, and with later characters
me. had to give you alot of credit. (and i never really cared if i died with people like lerrik they weren't about staying alive)

No matter what others may say I never saw anything to detract from your character. then again our playing times crossed over alot so
I saw you show up more than alot of people did.

demoting my one empire char, was appropriate and deserved. not that i would have changed my ways, had i not con died i'd likely have been anath'd.

My favorite though was with lerrik. You and njall, i really was typing
trustall every time i saw the trust echo. but with him there one time it just wasn't fast enough. as soon as i was awoken to battle you said 'bye bye' while perhaps not strickly cf'ish that was tops.
(and of course stun never worked when i needed it to hehe)

Giving respect to Lerrik's bravery/stupidity for showing up to defend the fort when none of the fort folk did (I am not sure if any were even logged on, and really i only came because i saw you fellas headed in that direction, and could get some action)

If ever you were even around, and one of my chars came back to a corpse that wasn't looted when i had fallen to an imperial i would wait a good long time before wearing that stuff. hehe damn that poison was nasty. The first time was the last time. if not for a healer buddy (or was it paladin?) i'd never have made it.

anyway other than the too long run as emperor.
