My comments here...

I personally really liked people who could make a UNIQUE role. To me, that meant not playing to a helpfile, but rather your honest interpretation of it. So you cabal leaders out there keep that stuff in mind when you're interviewing the aspirant who's not giving you the stock answers to the interview questions you've asked a thousand times before, and isnt reciting the helpfile to you line for line.
