Hello, what? The major point of any law is that it should be clear to everyone so everyone is on the same page. And if you're afraid of people exploiting loopholes, then you should focus on fixing these loopholes, not covering them from common knowledge. I.e. issue a precise ruling instead of giving a vague "use your common sense".

Tribunal should be willing to educate people on the law, so they don't break it by accident when they genuinely don't want to break it. You want to keep people in the dark so you place more flags and get more frags? This is corruption, and being evil does not excuse you.

Don't associate with criminals? If you are in the same cabal with a criminal you don't have a choice. You want to flag one maran and then flag them all because they of course come to his aid WHEN YOU ####ING ATTACK THE FORTRESS.
