Qinsa was removed for chewing umirons ass off in game. BTW I was qinsa. Though part of the reason why yes was flagging outside the city, my char had interpreted the law in that manner, which is what my character was supposed to do as far as interpretation. Also it was not the first time it was interpreted this way, and other provosts have before. That law does not say only within jurisdiction, and does not to me for a reason. I agree with it being this way in truth.

For weeks for an imm to react, said imm in question was literally ignoring all prays, all notes, and for the most part dormant in all categories. It was not that it took an imm weeks to react to qinsa, we didnt have an imm in tribbie for the most part, period.

And no also, now all people are doing it and writing rationalizing notes and ishuli does nothing but encourage them is false. The provost is the one to interpret the laws as he judges them, but believe me there is not much room for interpretation as there really isnt that many gray areas. Noone else really has this right, and a wrongful flag in this manner can be grounds for removal too, bear that in mind, as I had expected it with lochlan.

Also, there is still a very big hard line about what is crime and what isnt. Case in point, if it is helping a criminal, its a crime. That is actually very, very easy.
