thats the thing that is a bit different with me.
Back when the mud had over 100 people on, yeah log in, murder people just to have a levelling spot, try to hold the spot. End up con dying many characters, and old age deaths were supremely rare for anyone, but also wracking up 200-400 kills were not hard at all.

With the decline to now however, people are trying to level up, and for the most part, many have to try solo, including mages which becomes hard (unless done smart, but still hard). I do not have the will to sit here and screw a person just trying to get 1 level over, especially by doing what phelzhis was doing, or baka is now (btw thats japanese for ####, and his name has a literal meaning of what he is doing), which is targetting people struggling just to get one level.

So for me, it became something much less of killing except in the hero ranks where people are ready to fight, and with having a depth and high amount of interactio with people, especially to take alot of the frustration out of the game with the levelling progress. I make it alot of points, to not hunt people I shouldnt be per cabal dogma, just to not ruin the game.

Unfortunately cabals do have enemies so yeah is going to be some, but imagine if I decided to make a char with my login times, specifically to go after everyone.

And I am talkin about using preps many people dont even know or care to use, such as if I had an assassin with trance, sanc, prot from metals, aura, shield, stoneskin, haste, accelerate, and refresh pills / potions to back up the accelerate, and just attack 3 to 4 people at once with expectations to win, and just like qinsa have an army people complained about as being as large as a necro's, and I didnt even get all the pets I could have.

The game for the nostalgia that it is, with all the years it was a part of my life pre-military. Time I played in the military, I would rather support it also with a want for people to interact, and be a part of it, more than just murder (while still holding to cabal dogmas, and having to murder)

My bloodlust days are gone I am afraid
