Chapter 1

Barqje has tried to dedicate his life to the pursuit of the warriors
ways, only for the purposes of serving the light. At a young age,
he sought out the Brigade of the Maran, dreaming to add his axe to
their ranks.

However, he now lives in great shame of an unforgivable act. In hot
pursuit of a foul orc, bloodlust in his eyes, he ran headlong into a
cloud giant named Muug. Through the red sheen of almost overpowering
rage, the giant looked similar enough to an orc that Barqje struck, and
continued to strike, without thinking. For this act, he has deemed
himself unworthy of the brigade, and is in a quandary of where his life
is headed.
