Zalgordrax Garin'Ta'Vardi the Mummy Lord, Anathema to the Empire

Description

Your nostrils are assailed by the pungent odor of sage and lavander
and the subtle scents of embalming fluid and decay. The source of this
assault is the withered figure of a tall man. His face is no more then
shriveled necrotic flesh, barely clinging to an angular skull. Instead
of eyes, two points of malevolent red light burn beneath a scalp of scragly,
almost ghost like whisps of white hair. Deep black robes enshroud most of
it's body, covered in blood red runes that appear like ants crawling about.
Trying too hard to focus on the runes blurs your vision and makes your temple
pound. The exposed parts of his arms and hands are wrapped in fine linens
that have begin to yellow and mold.
