Chapter 6

I have been waiting for thousands of years, through many generations to find
the one I am most compatible with. Finally after so many ages have passed,
she is born. Nyrinia, my dear child, I could not have asked for a better host.
Sadly, she does seem quite resistant to my soul swapping, even as a babe, and
I have not been able to break through, perhaps a less brutish attempt may
have to do for now, as I slowly slip my soul into hers, to switch with my own, so
that I may have mortal flesh again.

I have been doing this for nearly a century now, as I've watched her grow older.
She hasn't noticed it either, which is perfect. Channeling myself into her
and when the time is right, pushing her soul out into this form. It is glorius
that I will once again walk around with my own will, but I cannot be impatient.
It must be perfect, or it could go horribly wrong and I may no longer exist.
