Chapter 10

- In the Cathedral of Loss, Leitha encountered The Monster. The Monster scares
Leitha greatly. Leitha was shown dark images by The Monster, and her kind soul was
challenged. Sadly, she failed her test, and she had to admit to herself that she
does indeed have some dark thoughts.

- This realization has hurt Leitha, and caused her to battle her inner demons and
accept that perhaps she is not as pure as she thought. Still, she has chosen to
stand on the side of Light, and to continue to fight for the goodly peoples of the
land. She sees it as a simple choice to be 'good'.

- Her mask is taking its toll, but Leitha still thinks she can master it. In truth,
she has come to be a little dependent on it. Perhaps even addicted to it's ability
to alter reality. Rham has had secret conversations with others about perhaps taking
the mask from Leitha. He has yet to make a move.

- Leitha sometimes hears Aurew. She isn't sure if she's going crazy or if it is real.

- The Fortress is gone. Leitha wanders alone, again.

- Leitha has Lost powers she was just beginning to know. She has Lost companions
that she was just beginning to see as friends. She has Lost the Mantle of Maran
that she only just began to know and understand. She has Lost yet another home.

- Though Leitha has Lost so much, she has become used to the feelings and pains of
Loss. You would think Losing her cabal would break her, but she is actually handling
it quite well. Her pained life has taught her that Loss is to be welcomed and
embraced. She is astonished to find that she has shed no tears for the closed
Fortress.

- Leitha has seen the violence of the Fortress, and knows that she and they are to
blame for where they find themselves. She believes that through this Loss, they can
and will become stronger as a whole.

- Leitha wants to help her other comrades further understand Loss, and the reasons
for their Loss. She wants them to come to a greater understanding of why they came
to lose what they held so dear.

- Leitha has decided that there is another way to further her Lord's cause other
than Aurew's way. Leitha will further Loss by making the sacrifice to become a holy
weapon, fully. To spread death to the wicked, that they might know Loss as she does.
