Role

Chapter 2

A voice entered his mind then, a voice that echoed blood and
fire through his mind. It spoke to him of Thar-eris. It spoke
to him of the ancients and it spoke to him most importantly
of what must be done.

The days came and went and the dreams intensified.

The suffering from the wounds and infection is not something
he would ever forget easily. His parents demise weighed on
him as well for a time, but he felt more anger than anything
else regarding their foolishness.

He survived on grubs and the murky water from the morass. He
was changed physically during this time, as it would be many
weeks before he had strength to leave. His skin and other
textures were changed because of his time and near death
experience here, marking him for centuries to come.

When he regained his mobility and regular ability to exist,
he saw the world forever different. He no longer had any
desire to return to the world he once knew. He had seen the
truth of it now. As he gazed out upon the swampy ooze, he
declared he would never end up at it's bottom like his
parents.

He is highly focused on his development to do as the ancients
of blood and fire have given him vision of.

He serves no god or goddess and only desires to bring
destruction as the voices told him. He takes this very
seriously and is focused on the task the ancients have placed
before him.

He is somber and patient and not as wreckless and crazed as
most reavers. While truly chaotic and anarchistic he
understands a hunter can accomplish more than a rabid dog,
though a rabid dog is not without it's place.

He does not believe in good or evil, only strength and
weakness. The strong are capable of seeing themselves free,
the weak are not. Holding the weak prisoner to be your slaves
taints the very world itself.
