Chapter 13

A heavily muscled figure lays in a bed of the coma ward, his room
is crammed full of kids of all ages. A young stocky figure stands
at the front with a conductor stick "And a one and a two and a three"

On the first day of Christmas Sekope gave to me

On the 12th day of Christmas Sekope gave to me
12 Sore Muscles
11 Sets Of Burpees
10 Weighted chin ups
9 Max Weight Dead Lifts
8 Kettle-bell swings
7 Miles A Swimming
6 Kids a hurling
5 Scrambled Eggs
4 Did I tell you to Stops
3 We aint finished yets
2 Miles on the rowing machine
And slap on the back for pushing til gravity beat us

As they finish the kids slowly shuffle out of the room stacking a
dumbell in the corner of the room forming a rudimentary Christmas
tree.

The young stocky figure last to leave says in a strong voice:
"Strong on the inside, strong on the outside Sek.
