#688, "Cragstone is Open"

Echoes and such in case you missed out.

Rumors from the South Dairien Settlement speak of a tunnel emerging from a hill encircled with
bushes.

A group of dusty svirfnebli are seen walking wide-eyed through Galadon, pushing a heavy wooden
cart laden with jewels.

Trading the gems for all sorts of wonders from the great city, the svirfnebli turn their cart
back north, trudging up the road.

Disappearing into the bushes off of West Sumner's Road, they return to their home.

Rejoice, Svirfnebli! You are no longer without a place to call your home. The paths to Cragstone have been open for all to trade, diplomacy, and the return of her long lost adventurous sons and daughters. Too long has our bustling community been shut to outside influence. Come one, come all to visit the underground marvel that is Cragstone.

Level(0) CRAGSTONE 'UPPER CRAGSTONE'
Cragstone, a vibrant community of Svirfnebli, can be found between
Blingdenstone, the seat of the Svirfneblin King, and the surface world. Despite their long history of being cautious of outsiders, these Svirfnebli have began to seek out allies among the surface-dwellers to aid them in their fight against the more aggressive denizens of the Underdark.

The center of the community is the Great Stone Circle, where local merchants sell some very interesting wares. Splitting off from the Great Stone Circle to the east and west is Burrow Warden's Way, and to the north and south is The King's Tunnel. The surface can be reached by following The King's Tunnel northwards. The eastern side of Burrow Warden's way houses the armorer Gragnon's shop, and the weaponry of Fronkwin. The western side offers a gathering place for adventurers, as well as Guild halls for Warriors, Invokers, Shapeshifters and Conjurers. Holy Cavern Row, the spiritual section of Cragstone, is located to the southwest of the circle, and houses the Temple of Neutrality and the Healer's Guild. The Drunken Homonculus, Cragstone's finest and only drinking establishment, can be found in the slightly seedier southern portion of the city. Tread carefully, for it is rumored that a den of thieves makes their home within.
