Anti-paladins have gained the Excision spell at level 19. We've noticed it can be pretty rough with a two-handed unholy weapon because of the conflict between Iron Grip of Azazel and using wands. This lets the anti-paladin get use out of wands straight out of inventory, though more slowly and with a higher rate of failure. Excision is most likely to work when the anti-paladin is also skilled with wands in general.
Also, the helpfiles for Bloodlust of the Twelve Fiends and Aura of Despair include new information.
