Orcs will now be able to down cabal items by giving them to Tremblefist.
Cabals will be able to retrieve their item by killing Tremblefist.
Orcs will gain the experience and morale bonuses associated with taking another cabals item. As of now, that is the only bonus associated with taking a cabal item.
If we get around to Phase 2, there may be some other bonuses associated with taking a cabal item.
