There were a handful of things I put in a while ago but wanted to watch in action before I decided if we'd keep them around. Most of them have been in for 2-3 months and I think they're fine.

October 2008 - Pulling up the lower end of learning rates. This affects everyone with an intelligence of 22 or less. An example, a 17 int learns like a 19.5 now.

November 2008 - Movement regen rates for characters level 10 or below are doubled.

December 2008 - A scaled experience boost when there are 50 or less mortals playing. 25 or less = 25% bonus sliding down to 0% once there are 50 mortals.

January 2008 - All shifter movement cost & lag on land are the same as any other player. There is no more minimal movement cost. I'll probably work some sort of pathfinding skills into the shifter world at some point allowing you to move faster or with less cost (similiar to brachiation) at some point.
