#9210, "Cloud of wasps vs. Bloodlust."


          

How can I be slowed by cloud of wasps when under bloodlust affect, when if I try and slow another AP under lust affects, I get the message "Your magic isn't strong enough to slow XXXX".

My magic at hero level is weaker then a wasps?
