The couatl form skill serenade seems to sometimes impact people it should not. Specifically, there was a person in the same room as me not in combat, not in my cabal, and not in my PK range. They had just died and were a ghost. I used the serenade skill, and they were hit with calming. I was a hero and they were level 37.
