#25087, "Deflect Shield Bugs x2"

1) Deflectshield (which is the syntax per the helpfile) doesn't work. If I type it in, it gives me "Huh?".
2) For some strange reason, deflect shield sometimes doesn't trigger. It happens periodically. See below.
