I am pretty sure this dagger is a no disarm dagger, I can't ID it with my current character so I can't be 100% certain. Anyway thought this was odd.

I wasn't maldicted or anything, was disarmed and it showed up in my inventory, I thought it should not have been removed at all. Just thought I would let you know.
