Possible answers:
1) You should have been more careful
2) The area is NO-Summon, not just no teleport
3) Yes, cold is not like hunger/thirst
Suggested changes:
1) Make the quest less likely to get lowbies/newbies killed
2) Change echo to make it clear
3) Change area effect, after all it is not a mob. Why add insult to injury?
