Without Fortress Guardian:
* Being the target of a succor incurs 1 round lag.
* Self-succoring incurs 1 round lag.
With Fortress Guardian:
* Self-Succoring lag is drastically increased (To normal succor lag when cast on someone else?)
Bug: An edge designed to reduce succor lag actually increases it in some cases.
