Looks like someone do not like when people do sh*t like that and keeping cabal weakened for months, purposely. I like to play empire, but I won't even bother until things change.

Also, I know at least 3 more players who:
a) do not play empire until situation changes;
b) do not play CF until situation in empire changes.

I am not alone who thinks that, but looks like I'm only one who care to post it.

1: I am not playing empire till my friend gets into a leader position so I can get easy promotions.

2: I am not playing empire till they are very strong and I do not have to have a challenge.

I took it as "my friends and I won't play empire until a russian is emperor", judging from his grammar. However, let me also say that I cannot speak russian and you do very well for it being a second language.

But I will not play until emperor changes, that's for sure. Reason - because emperor keeps empire empty imho on purpose. Problem not with the council - problem with the presense, inspiration, actions.

Nobody see that he is doing anything, except for care for his own ass. He is not promoting, not demoting, not interracting with anyone, including imperials; if there is RP, I never seen it (yes, I've talked only twice with him, and heard him only once over CB during last THREE months!).

I can be wrong with judgement, but there is one fact: empire is in ruins. It was weak before the cup too, it is weak now, and it will be weak until he is emperor.

The main reason is: he is not LEADING. He is playing a loner character, but not a leader.

Is it on purpose or not? Maybe it's lack of basic understanding what cabal leader must do, maybe it's on purpose (I'm sure it is, because he is surely not a noob).

Your impressions and opinions are legitimate even if I do not share them, however you've been baited into lashing out at an active pc rather unashamedly, I'd suggest you stop that. My impressions of the current emperor are based on interactions over a few different characters, both above, below and against him. I myself do not share your opinions in any way and have seen a fair few 'soft' moments from him with regard to promotions. As has been stated if the imms see someone viable for a council seat and it is sitting vacant, they will act. Try not to let your temper turn your initial question/argument, however legitimate, into something that will be completely ignored as a result of your lashing out.

I sohuldn't discuss about active character and I apology for that. I was angered and saddened by the whole situation.

Most chars in Empire hardly ever actually roleplay evil when they are not ranking or gathering gear. Sivyh does.

No, I am not trolling. I am pissed off by the manners of TMNS and tone of his reply, and I am insulted by your post too.

I am storngly disappointed by the situation with the empire, since it's my favorite cabal and 90% of the reasons why do I play CF it is because I am former imperial player.

Even if I would troll, it's not giving right to the game administator (imm in our case) to insult players. But seems you are unfamiliar with the basic rules of community management, and this is one of the reasons why CF sucks that much with playerbase.

As much as I have grown to like Empire, you are the last type of player I want to see re-enter it, and the first type of player I would find a way to demote/anathema or become a sect leader just to ruin your character. I would give an empire elite spot to a serial newbie Fortress player in his first year of play, or Java, over you.

I just deleted a second echelon post-40 Imperial. If I had stuck it out longer, I could have had an elite slot, and this was in a sect with a sect leader. The sect leader was logging barely 1/8th of the hours I was logging lately during a 1 week timespan and that means he probably has sh it going on IRL.

Based on having more information than your stupid whiny entitled ass, Sivyh is doing just fine, there just aren't any viable candidates for Dread Lord or High Priest yet. Vinq could be High Priest but doesn't log enough hours and Sivyh may not be entirely fond of him either. There are, as of right now, maybe 3 divines in the sect if not less, and only 2 pre-40 AP's that are trying to get to unholy blessing on less than 4 hours of gameplay per day with only a little bit of attention from the flourishing blade sect and barely any attention at all from the shadow sect, and then need they still need to get between 20 and 50 charges after that on hours that are currrently barely breaking 50 players DURING A 3 DAY WEEKEND (this weekend). before even levelling high enough to get an elite spot. Their choice of targets then remains primarily mid-level ragers, not the easiest thing to take down without charges to begin with.

If anything, the amount of Nexans or Ragers in each cabal outnumbering the amount of players with an actual alignment is a bigger problem, and village is *always* a problem when their active cabal population gets above 20 players, more than half of which are berserkers at any given moment.

The Empire is just fine all things considered, and you need to go fu ck yourself.

I do not mind disagreeing. I mind when imms (no matter if they are working or if it's they fun game, like I had in other games too) saying that you are an idiot and a whiner. This is unacceptable in any serious project that care for playerbase, for ANY moderator/administrator/imm, because they are face of the game and they must care for the reputation of the project where they are working - if they want their project to keep on going. You underestimate comminuty and your role in it, if you allow yourself to say things like you do, just because you have different opinion.

i cant remember when the empire was so weak.. only players awake are lowbies, and the ones who are elder are often around alone..

If they do not promote players due their language, I can do the same #### to GSA team.

We are team GSA and we finally got to rule empire. Will not promote anyone who we believe is russian (even if they are not russians at all). But better we will not promote anyone susppicious than promote a russian player by mistake!

And if we will have to keep empire empty, well, it's a price for not giving chance to the russian players to rule it again!
