21866, help file update or leader thing?

I just went from middle-aged to old and only lost 1 STR and 1 DEX, while the help file says I should have lost 2 STR and 2 DEX.
Leader perk, or does the help file need updating?

21867, Not exactly a leader perk, but the helpfile should probably get updated
