Against non-dexy sword specs, crushing assault is godly. Against dexy ones, 24 dex dodge trumps the orc 18 dex dodge (w/ usually a lot of weight for bashing).

Though what's interesting that everyone seems to overlook...natural weapon specialization probably does help you a *LOT*, but more for the fact of improved parry (which means improved parry, flourintine parry, and riposte) than the improved damage.
