I don't think anyone is saying that shaman are underpowered.
I think they just feel the class lacks a bit of flavour? So could use some love akin to that thieves, rangers, warriors etc have been getting. Some uniqueness in terms of skillsets, perhaps. Maybe just some interesting echoes for the skills/supps.
