Chapter 3

Dashughl is a descendant from an orc clan who lusted after the power of the
Demon-God Zurcon. They were branded by him and used by his death-knights for
their merciless hunger for war and destruction. They were the perfect vessel
for his annihilation. When Zurcon was captured, the orcs fled and dispersed
into the wide realms surrounding Thera and waited for news of the rising.

After torturing an elf he captured close to the borders of Thera, Dasheguhl
discovered the rising of the Scions of Eternal Night and their quest to find
the box that his Lord had been imprisoned. This drove him to Thera in hopes
of discovering it first and releasing the demon upon the world.

He is smarter and more cunning than the native Theran orcs but he conceals
himself amongst them in their clan and hopes to steer their insatiable rage
towards a new path of destruction and the discovery of the Demon-God Zurcon.
He trains to grow strong and seize the place of Chieftain of the Skull so he
can enslave the other orcs into the armies of the Lord of Destruction.

He is imparted with the demon that lurks in the woodpile and it manifests
itself strongly against the enemies of the Demon-God. He has a fierce hatred
towards priests of the light and a distrust for priests in general. Due to
the part the elves took in imprisoning Zurcon, he has (if possible) a higher
hatred towards the elves than the other orcs.

Chapter 2

Lashing his flail across the shredded canvas of elvish flesh he felt a small
splatter of blood kiss the side of his rugged face as the sound of crunching
bone sung sweet harmonies in his ears. He demanded of his captive the answer
he had been seeking since he captured this wayfaring bard.

TELL ME WHAT YOU KNOW!

"... Morius... He seeks..."

A rough coughing of blood broke his gurgling speech as he struggled to clear
his throat to continue his confession. He spat out a tooth that landed with
an eerie silence in the slick puddle of blood that had congealed at the base
of the tripod.

"He seeks... The box. He seeks Zurcon."

Dasheguhl smiled a malicious smile. This was the closest feeling akin to joy
that he would ever know, it was an alien feeling upon a dishevelled face of
stone and rage. He took a deep breath and relished his new purpose, setting
forth into the foreign land of Thera to herald the coming of annihilation.

Chapter 1

Through rattles of death the invited figure moaned in anguish as the precise
strike of Dasheguhl tore living flesh from the ivory creature that dangled
enticingly before him. The allure to feast was intoxicating and he salivated
with both the prospect of draining this foul wretch and the euphoria that he
felt when he flayed the highborn.

But first there were answers he sought. Answers from the murmurings that rose
from the parched deserts of Hamsah Mu'tazz that lay sprawled out before the
base of the Tahril like a pool of golden tears. The forsaken portals spewed
forth the legions of Nightwalkers that heralded the return of the Scions of
the Eternal Night.

But to what end?

That is question that Dasheguhl had sworn to discover. His lineage dated far
back to the creation of the orcs from the desecration of the pure elves from
the first ages of Thera. Many took to the banners of the Clan and thirsted
for elven flesh like mindless zombies driven by there carnal desires. But to
a select few, power was promised by the rising of an infernal deity from the
abyss who imbued them with mark of destruction and despair. The mark of the
Demon-God. The mark of Zurcon.
