Chapter 5

Gasping for air, Jenno reached for a nearby tree for stability. Her
clawed hand cut grooves into the bark. Standing behind her, a loathesome
devil covered in dripping black tar shambled about, muttering and hissing
terrible words. A faint halo of blue coalesced around the conjurer,
enveloping her form in protective magics. Her breathing calming, Jenno
took in deeper and deeper breaths. The shield flickered, splintered,
and flowed into Jenno's body. Breathing easier now, Jenno's eyes rolled
back into her head, and a menacing grin appeared on her face.

These hits of magic were starting to become more and more important to
Jenno's existance. With the Battleragers fighting hard to strengthen
the veil, her lifesource was beginning to falter and fail. Like an
addict, she found herself consumed in the all important task of opening
the veil and tapping the mana storms beyond.

Mounting the summit of the hills, she gazed down at her target: The Village
of the Battleragers. Rising up behind her, a massive elemental and the
bearded devil lay in wait. Raising her clenched, and decaying hand, she
motioned silently. The trio floated down the hillside in persuit of
an unsuspecting warrior...

-Later-

Howling in delight, Jenno stood over the corpse of Thirisg, taking in
the mana rays of the night. Her thirst slaked, she turned from the
corpse and looked for more.

Chapter 4

Jenno is a hedonist who consumes mana, drugs, and bloodshed for pleasure.
*She seeks the cult of Scarab - and an eternal life of pleasure.
*She is pure in conquest of her self interest - no thought of others.
*She is an entity of wanton destruction. There is no crime except denying
her own will. A psychopath, and narcissist, she is a relentless in
her pursuit of herself.

Chapter 3

Gemmurra climbed the grassy hill and witnessed the young conjuress
sitting with her imp with her back turned. Nodding, Gemmurra hobbled
over to the young human, clutching his cultist robes to her own
frame.

Glancing at the mage, Gemmurra noted she was in poor shape. She
was listlessly staring off into the swaying ocean of grass, and
whispering incoherently as she ws lost in an opium induced dream.
Her calf muscle was bleeding and oozing pus and maggots, which her
imp eagerly lapped up.

Kneeling down, the voice of Scarab paused, and then simply died.
The breeze picked up, and disturbed her robes, revealing the
duergar's body underneath. Immediately the duo of Jenno and her
imp moved as one, turning suddenly and leaping upon the fallen
corpse. Devouring flesh, mana, clothing. Like a pair of wolves
they were ravenous as they defiled the corpse.

Later, her leg mended from the feast, Jenno hurried to move toward
the city of Tir-Talath. Thanks to the sacrifice of Gemmurra's mana,
Jenno finally had enough strength to rejoin civilization.

Chapter 2

Hiding herself amongst the others, Jenno concealed herself as a normal,
and well-kept woman. She wore nice clothes, a wig, and was received by
everyone as an upstanding citizen. She only had a few problems - her
only friend, an imp familiar, had an insatiable appetite for flesh, and she
had her own appetite for vices like food, sex, alcohol, violence, drugs,
and most especially, mana.

Drawn to mana, like a moth to flame, Jenno quietly grows in power while
hiding out from the mage guildmasters of the tower of sorcery. She
steers clear of their representatives who still hunt for her, attempting
to bring her to justice for her crimes against fellow students, and most
importantly, to squash to tainted mage who they witnessed consuming, and
ultimately destroying mana.

Chapter 1

Sadistic, tempestuous and fiercely loyal to her own hedonistic
desires, Jenno thinks nothing of murdering her own friends if
they stand in her way. Responsible for the deaths of classmates
in the high tower of sorcery, Jenno was chased by her instructors.
Nearly killed, she escaped into the shadow grove. In the shadow
grove she shed her vestments of society, her clothes, and turned
feral amongst the fae creatures and wraiths. By turning her body
over to magic, she was able to elude detection of the instructors
looking to bring her to justice. Over time she continued to gain
strength by sucking the mana from the creatures of the shadow
grove, until one day she was able to emerge fully clothed,
clean, and manicured.. but absolutely bat-shit crazy.
