#56298, "[EMPIRE] Muuksube Coldcrown the Orator of the Fookin' Glacier, Emperor of Thera"

Muuksube Coldcrown the Orator of the Fookin' Glacier, Emperor of Thera

Description

The once uniform deep onyx complexion of Muuksube has become
grizzled and rugged over time. Various scarring and wounds have
appeared randomy about his body. The dark crimson cowl covering his
face, resting beneath his worn armor had become ragged and burned.
Muuksubes skin exudes a kind of oily film, glistening ever so lightly in
the darkness. Loose whisps of dark and graying hair can be seen
pasted against his sticky and protruding brow. Beneath the crimson
cowl two dead and cloudy eyes can be seen peering out intensely.
Attached to his belt you see a dark adamantite lanyard of sorts,
the braids of which seem to have been encrusted with blood.

At closer inspection Muuksubes eyes should be all but useless.
Dark and cloudy, they are completely destroyed by some kind of
acid or perhaps fire, as the skin surrounding them reveals the tell-tale
signs of massive scarring and burning, now matching many of the scars
covering his body. Despite their apparently uselessness, Muuksube moves
about as if he can see fully. Something sinister and unholy can be seen
flickering in their reflection, not from what is in front of them, but from
within.

Role

Chapter 6

Chill ahn Rise!
Added Tue Aug 2 08:19:54 2016 at level 51:

The Rise to the position of High Priest was a gamble Muuksube had called
to the High Priest to either rise to the throne, or step aside for one who
would. He had come to learn that truth within the Empire was elusive, and
hidden. Those of the Empire tended to keep their agendas hidden, and secret,
for good reason. Others within their Sect could see them as a threat to
their own efforts to secure glory, and strength. The very reason that they
were also kept from seeing their true potential. This constant deception was
the reason the goals of the Empire had not yet been realized.

Muuksube spoke the truth to the High Priest which is something which could
have just as easily landed him as Anathema to the empire.
Much to the former high priests chagrin, his grand design would be
less than he had hoped. Muuksube was rising!

Shortly before his ascension into the coveted position of High Priest,
he penned a missive to the Lords Destuvius and Emnon. Informing them that he
sought the Throne which is something he felt would bring the empire back from
the brink of irrelevancy as no council seats were truly utilized, and the
Emperors throne was vacant for a long, long time. High Priest was simply
not enough for Muuksube. Yes, it was a position of much respect, and power
which is a far cry from his meager beginnings. Homeless, blind, and
begging for coin in Hamsah to buy mead and whores.

In order to truly bring balance to all the lands and frankly to all of
Thera, he needed to rise to the position of Emperor. In doing so, he would
truly allow darkness and order reign, as he would be living embodiment
within the Empire of the teachings of his lord Deormodel.

Truth would not be forced upon those within the Empire, but truth would
be offered. That Honesty with ones self, in bringing balance to Thera
would give each citizen the strength to truly see and embrace themselves.
Needless energy spent in deception and political positioning
could instead be driven to bringing balance the chaos that had
overrun the lands in the times since the last great emperor.

Muuksube Spoke with his Lord of finding the secret to his inner balance,
only found once accepting the truth of ones self. He learned this after
speaking with an Icicle, Zirgil, who believed that chaos can be destroyed.
Muuksube did what he could to impart what he has learned of truth,
and balance. The goal of destruction is not balance, and is a lie.

The world is in constant chaos, nothing is safe. Economies and
Imperial Domination are scattered and unfulfilled due to the free
not seeing the truth in their action. Bad decisions, and unbalanced
lives. Muuksube will bring peace, and order. That is his balance to the chaos.
By subjugation of others, the structure of the Empire will bring order to the
chaos, and permit the ignorant to see the truth and honesty of the Imperial
Order under Muuksube's reign.

Buggerin an Fookin
Added Tue Jun 21 20:32:44 2016 at level 2:

Yer a liar!, exclaimed The Grand Inquisitor, pointing an accusatory
finger at Muuksube.

I aint ner liar! declared Muuksube.. Twere yah I seen
buggerin the lad, and Ill swear it on the book, the block, or yer
fookin head!

The Grand Inquisitor paused. The trial wasnt going the way he expected it
to. Most of the time the students were all too eager to capitulate and take
the plea, but this one was too rothe-headed or dumb to understand that. He
supposed this was the problem with being The Grand Inquisitor at a school for
prospective anti-paladins in AranGird. He sighed and leaned in close to
the stand. He whispered. The gallery strained to hear him.

The Inquisitor whispered, Look, jus say ye aint sure what ye seen
and yer gonna get off with a hundred scrolls to copy fer not bein more
observant. Ye keep up this shite and Ill be damned sure that next time
its you tha be gettin buggered.

Muuksube narrowed his eyes and took to his feet. Fook yer! he now
thrust an accusatory finger at the Inquisitor, and fook yer ter! now at
the tribunal, and ta ell wid all of yer if yer belivin dis pile er
shite! at the gallery.

He jumped down the steps. Yer can all take yer unholy axes and yer souls
and yer fookin wands and stick em up each others arses. Im done with
all yer shite.

And that was the end of Muuksubes first and only year among the
Anti-Paladins of AranGird, And the very last day Muuksube could see - the
Grand Inquisitor saw to that.

Whores and Beggars
Added Tue Jun 21 20:35:01 2016 at level 2:

The streets of Hamsah MuTazz were a sweltering crush of people. Muuksube
sat off to the side of the river of men, women, and beasts making their way
through the gate. He could smell them pass, betrayed by their perfumes or
lack therof. He held a sign that said, in his approximation, Need copper
for ale and prostitutes. As most of the people around him could not read
he included what he presumed would be rudimentary drawings of a copper coin,
a frothy beer, and some crude coitus. The latter of which, he did wish he
could see - even if most of the pleasure of such was in the scent of a whore.
Ooo ah!

The crippled beggars, both real and fake, would mutter in pity and contempt
as they passed him and his sign.

One day he heard the Imperial Recruiter shouting, and a glimmer of something
stirred in his heart. Mostly regret and pain, poisoning his innards. He would
have charged right up and taken the oath, just to get a hot meal. However,
he knew a blind Duerg dressed in rags with only a badly drawn sign were not
becoming of one with Imperial aspirations.

Simultaneously, as if his mind were being read, a shadow fell over him. He
felt the gaze of a massive being towering over him; holding a huge staff over
his head. Muuksube was unarmed except for his sign, which he brandished like
a shield instinctively. After a moment, he reached up and tenderly felt the
knobby end of the giants staff. He simply knew it was there.

The giant spoke to him plainly, Yuh like to tell the truth?

Muuksube froze at the giants words in complete confusion, feeling rediculous
holding his crude pictogram up as some kind of feigned defense from the
giants stiff massive staff held precariously above his skull. The fact that
Muuksube could be crushed easily remained completely unspoken between them,
but understood. The raw truth of this encounter left Muuksube in a vulnerable
position, one he has never been in before. Unsure, Muuksabe muttered, yer,
ah needin coin fer ale an whores. The giant spoke, softly, speakin the
truth an seein it bein very different.

Muuksube again muttered, well, dat bein easy, ah ain seein shite!

Well, yer want yer eyes back instead er some copper? For some reason,
Muuksube trusted this massive blue giant.

Icicles of Honesty
Added Tue Jun 21 20:37:16 2016 at level 2:

The giant led them out of the city, far from any ale or prostitutes, much to
Muuksubes chagrin. Neither spoke until they were far into the hills. This
was fine by Muuksube - his mind was focused elsewhere - thinking of a time
long ago.

They came upon a large flat stone. Sitting cross-legged and floating some
feet off the ground the giant began to tell Muuksube of Deormdel and the
stars over which he watched.

The giant explained, in halting speech, of how Honesty, Balance, and the Air
itself were intertwined.

All thoughts of drinking and whoring were driven from Muuksubes mind as he
listened. He found flashes and brief glimpses of clarity, and purposes deep
within him.

The giants words coalesced in his mind into something, an icy idea gripped
him. Hed never thought of himself as particularly honest, but put to the
the test by the giants words he realized hed just never been much of a
liar. The truth cut and one neednt think twice about it. Muuksabe thought
back to the Grand Inquisitor. The truth was a weapon. With it, he need not
swing a single stroke, but could destroy. Muuksabe found strength in his
conviction, and in the knowledge which honesty can bring.

Muuksabe never been much of a zealot, but a god of Honesty was certainly
someone he could find unstoppable strength and conviction in. His zealotry
for honesty could bring about balance from those like the Grand Inquisitor,
who would use their power to destroy civilization, making a mockery of order,
and keep those corrupt within power. Instead of building up, the dishonest
would tear down.

Muuksabe closed his eyes, and searched for the truth. When he opened his eyes
again, he could see, but not with the mere physicality of his ruined eyes,
but with the power and strength of honesty.

Service and Strength
Added Tue Jun 21 20:39:11 2016 at level 2:

Standing so fast his feet nearly left the ground, he knew within his heart
what he must do. He told the giant to lead him to the shrine of his Lord.
Nodding slowly, the massive giant grinned, and led the way.

As they traveled to the shrine, Muuksabe saw the world in ways he never did.
Saw the purpose and order of the natural world, as well as those who strived
to build. He felt a stirring of a life in service of the giants Lord, the one
he believed had granted his vision.

He imagined life as a warpriest in service to The Empire, the glory and
riches that would be his once his training was complete. He would erect
massive statues of the Honest Lord, so all may find and see as he did. At
night he dreamed of charging into battle wearing spiked armor emblazoned with
The Imperial Codex emblazoned on a massive glacier.

The only thing that concerned him was how many Anti-Paladins he was likely
going to have to deal with. Even after all this time away he still hated
them. He shuddered imagining serving an Emperor who wielded an unholy sword,
as he would have to find a way to shove said weapon up the emperors arse,
which, could be difficult. All the more reason he should become Emperor
first.

Still, that was all far in the future, right now what mattered was following
the giant and absorbing as much of his knowledge as possible, and not just of
the Glacial Lord, but also of a Shaman. Under the giants tutelage he began
to grasp how one could find and harness the divine in themselves and focus
it.

A long hard icicle.
Added Mon Jun 27 09:36:04 2016 at level 38:

Fookin ell! It fookin cold! Shivered Muuksube as he prayed at the
massive galcier of his lord.

Not long before, he and his Lord Deormdel spoke of his path of honest, and
balance, and how he was to walk amoung Therans as his faithful. It was an
enlightening conversation, and one which began to form an ideal within his
mind which would define his very existence.

Deormdel asked Muuksube to speak with one of three other of his faithful,
First, being Mordox, a Paladin of the Spire, Second, Ardish, the Harbringer
of the Outlanders, and Third, was Ilyenei, the Captain of the Maran - all
mortal enemies of Muuksube.

After he spoke with one of them of Honesty and Balance, he was to seek out
Deormdel again, and also tell his Lord why he was sent to speak to one of
these three, specifically.

Muuksube did just that, and met with Morlox to discuss his faith. Morlox
spoke of his path, and what his journey had led him to discover.
Interestingly, Morlox spoke of his greatest mentor - a fierce Emperor of the
Empire.

Seeking to learn more before his next encounter with his Lord Deormdel,
Muuksube chose to seek out Ardish, and Ilyenei regarding their faith as well.

Muuksube has belief that his Lord knows there is wisdom of his faith in these
three, and wishes to also examine their path in honesty and balance, so he may
better understand his own.

Loyal er not, fookin ell.
Added Tue Aug 2 18:31:51 2016 at level 51:

The new Dreadlord had risen swiftly. It wasn't but a moon ago that he was
but a Bloodoath. He made no qualms about upsetting the balance that
Muuksube had carefully orchestrated. He was, for lack of a better word,
destructive.

Like many of his guild, Keilheil's bloodlust drove him to only murder.
His focus seemed single purposed, to feed his unholy spear for power.

Muuksube felt himself drawn back to his youth in Arangird, before his
eyes were ripped from his head. The lessons of his instructors echoing
now as they did then. All to be slain for the possibility of power.
Their craft was intoxicating. The lure of the bloodfrenzy leading to
further slaughter.

Keilheil's god was Destuvius, but he seemed to be only in name. He
was not a man of faith, he only sought sufficient reason to slay.
The Dreadlord seemed giving, but it wass only for the return
of future power. Muuksube was on to his game, and unfortunately,
he felt he was being beaten.

Khormand and Elodan had given their word that they would vote for his
ascention to the Throne. Muuksube believed it would come down to their
honesty and loyalty to Muuksube. If they were swayed by the trinkets
of the Dreadlord, then that was the truth he would endure.

Muuksube had difficulty in choosing who he would vote for. He felt it
most likely that the Dreadlord would vote for Elodan, as he seemed
the least likely to win. Muuksube, too, wished to vote for the
Shadowlord, but for different reasons. Namely, Elodan was the first
to pledge his vote for Muuksube. They had risen together before
either Khormand or Keilheil were heros in their guild. It seemed fitting.

Perhaps Muuksube was being blind, and perhaps his decision would
lead to his own failures to rise. Perhaps, he sought the simplist
reason to be true to his own heart. Either way, he could not in good
conscious vote for the Dreadlord with the belief that as before, he
would only be betrayed by his kind. If he is different than the rest,
was still a truth yet to be revealed. Perhaps, if he kept his word
in the vote, he could perhaps be convinced to begin to trust one
anti-paladin. If he is betrayed, it will be by more than just
Keilheil.

Chapter 8

Muuksube fookin risin!
Added Thu Aug 11 16:15:34 2016 at level 51:

The vote had been cast, and Muuksube had arisen as Emperor.
It was time long overdue that a Divine had sat upon the Throne,
and even longer since there had been a full counsel upon which
the pillars of civilization could rest.

Alas, the vote had been called, and Muuksube had learned some
truth of it. He was betrayed. Muuksube thought it fitting that
the Dreadlord, whom he expected would abandon his oath to him,
had kept it, and the Shadowlord, whom Muuksube had gained the
vote of first, and whom he had decided to vote too, had
betrayed him.

Upon learning this truth, Muuksube wanted to test the loyalty
of Elodan, of which he did, and of which Elodan had failed.
Instead of being demoted from shadowlord, Muuksube knew he had
to Anathema those whom he could not trust, and that did not
trust him. Muuksube felt this was his first test of Emperor.

While the Dreadlord had lost the vote to rise, in his defeat
he had honored his oath to the Shadowlord. In this, Muuksube
was, again, suprised by this anti-paladin. How fitting, in
balance, that Elodan and Keilheil would offer so much truth
to Muuksube to the deceptive nature of the empire.

It was then, Muuksube decided to take the truth of each in
turn, and upon their own merit and oath.

Fookin blades dumb as shite!
Added Thu Aug 11 16:17:54 2016 at level 51:

Not long after Khormand had died, many blades had risen to
take the place of the Warmaster. Many struck true, and
sought to rise.

Unlike Emperors of the past, weakness would not rise within
the Empire, for the mere protection of the Throne. Truth
would reign, and those who were meant to rise, would. Those
who spoke plainly of their desires would likely see them
fulfilled.

Muuksube chose the two Blades who sought to rise, and with
the donations to support the raising of the Blade Sect.
He set upon them to find the truth of their combat with
each other, and upon which field of battle they would
beset against each other.

Before Muuksube could begin the battle, and call the blood
reckoning, one of the blades struck in their haste to rise.
Lord Destuvius appeared, and pursuant to Imperial Law,
simultaniously announced both the Victor, and the Loser.
The Former would be the Minotaur, Drcui, who would serve
as the Warmaster, the latter, Ihrimis, would be come anathema,
for his haste in breaking Imperial Law, per Destuvius.

Muuksube, who had read the law quite clearly, saw that the
law states it is against Imperial Law to slay another Imperial
without the blood reckoning. However, none had fallen in this
battle. It was then Muuksube understood what dominion over
the Blades required in the eyes of the Imperial Lord, and
what respect for power in a Destuvian Empire required.
He learned this truth, and in turn, worked to
find the inner balance required to lead, within his faith,
beneath the gaze of Lord Destuvius.

Not long after, Dcrui was demoted by the Lord Destuvius for
attacking the Council inadvertendtly after dragging in an
Oath to be, Annkhu, into the Throne Room.

Muuksube could only watch as his work quickly unraveled.
These blades were as sharp as blades of wet grass.

Chapter 10

Embracin da Truf, mah own fookin arse! Part 1
Added Wed Aug 17 18:02:19 2016 at level 51:

Annkhu. The name can be used as a curse, it is said in
disgust so often by Lord Destuvius. Annkhu thought it wise
to aid in the defense of the palace against the heathens,
however, instead, attacked the council. Either on misstep
or on purposes was wholly irrelevant. He was to be hunted
per the order of Lord Destuvius, as written by the Warmaster.

To Muuksube, this represented a great challenge. Per the
law, only Anathema were to be hunted as Lord Destuvius
commanded. However, Annkhu was never bound by Imperial Law.
Additionally, Annkhu had recieved Muuksube's OATH
that he would see himself reborn, and have the Imperial oath
granted to him.

Muuksube had words with Dcrui of such things, as Muuksube
felt betrayed by Dcrui as his word now supersceded Muuksube's
oath to Annkhu. A position Muuksube did not want to be in.

If Muuksube knew one thing, it was that anyone who has glimpsed
and embraced the truth of themselves, can truly rise to greatness.
Muuksube was living proof of such a thing, and Annkhu reminded
Muuksube of himself when he too, was broken and disgarded.

Annkhu could go no lower. Blind, cast aside, without law,
with no place to call his home, and with no possessions to
his name but the rags on his back. Annkhu was truly a broken
blade, ready to be reforged and reborn. Like the hands of the
devout that lifted Muuksube from death, and delivered him to
his lord Deormdel, Muuksube would lift Annkhu and see him rise.

Muuksube had instructed Annkhu to arrive at the palace, and to
throw down his weapons and submit to Imperial Law. That is,
to die as Lord Destuvius had ordered. Annkhu did so,
falling to Muuksube's sword while clutching an Imperial Signet.
A display of fealty, loyalty, subjugation to Imperial Law,
and dominion so grand, even Lord Destuvius had to give notice.

Role

Chapter 11

Embracin da Truf, mah own fookin arse! Part 2
Added Wed Aug 17 18:02:39 2016 at level 51:

Not enough. The Lord Destuvius informed Muuksube that Annkhu's
fate would be in Muuksube's hands. That without Muuksube binding
his destiny to Annkhu, he would never be an Imperial.

That result did not sit well at all. Muuksube had given Annkhu his
OATH, something that he did not intend to break. While Muuksube had
little interest in being cast down as anathema for the failure of
Annkhu, he could not willingly abandon his own faith in Annkhu,
or abandon his oath. To do either would be to forsake his own
faith, the teachings of his Lord Deormdel, and be cast again
into darkness, blind to his own truth.

The choice was clear. Lord Destuvius shook Muuksube's hand, and an
accord was struck. If Annkhu broke Imperial Law by the Decree of
the Emperor and Council, Muuksube would share Annkhu's fate.

A very dangerous game Muuksube had played. However, to Muuksube
it was not a choice, but the embracing of truth. He either saw it,
or did not. Muuksube balanced the disgust and hatred of
Lord Destuvius with a display of Annkhu's subjugation to
Imperial Law, and acceptance of Muuksube's dominion over him.

Muuksube would see Annkhu rise as he did. If not in interests
of self preservation, to show all of Thera that those who fall,
can rise again within the grand order and civilization
of the Empire.

Darkness of Truth to Blind Scarabite
Added Wed Sep 28 17:22:38 2016 at level 51:

Go fook yerself! was the response of choice to most.
However, when discussions of truth arise, Muuksube
is always eager to ever learn more, forever growing
as Lord Deormodel and he had discussed many times.

Muuksube became enthralled with the Cult of the Scarab
after strained, yet terse conversations with the Mummy
Undaraxyl. It was Muuksube who sought out Undaraxyl
first, but not to learn of the temple, but to draw Undaraxyl
in as Muuksubes Dreadlord. They spoke of personal truth
and the general malaise of chaos they both shared, seeking
its destruction.

Muuksube commented that true destruction is an illusion
and chaos will always rise again, fear of chaos was also
false, as fear was ignorance of truth. The struggle will be
eternal, and it was Muuksubes fight to quell it.

Undaraxyl and Muuksube continued to discuss Undaraxyls
path in the temple, as well as Muuksubes own journey to
discover his own truths.

It was not long before conversations with Jeede, and
Malchazzar ensued, their purpose clear and transparent,
even if they did not wish it to be so.

The seduction of the temple was powerful, as the simple
truths expounded by those well versed in the Scarab Dogma
were pure and deceptively simple. The Flame and the Voice
were compelling in their elegant repertoire, each in their
own manner.

Yet it was not until Muuksube spent considerable time with
Garagrath in Aran-Gird, that the tips of truth emerged finally
to Muuksube.

Truth was like a mountain, rising in the distance, Shrouded in
mist and fog, the path to reach it uncertain. Muuksubes mind
choked as if trying to swallow a river as pathways opened.
The struggle to find his inner balance teetered between
truth and madness. As Venera, the Eye has told Muuksube,
truth is addicting.

Chapter 13

Scarabite Blind to Truth of Darkness
Added Wed Sep 28 17:24:31 2016 at level 51:

Muuksube sought out Garagrath, and met with the duergar in
the depths of Aran-Gird, knowing full well it was likely a
trap for the purpose of killing Muuksube. Something that had
eluded Garagrath, which Muuksube knew he desperately
wanted. Muuksube went regardless of this knowledge, his
desire to speak to Garagrath of his path, outweighing his own
concerns for the likelyhood of combat.

It was there, that Garagrath laid out the foundations for the
truth of the temple, something the Flame and Voice were
wise to avoid directly speakinig of, instead only speaking in
metaphor and the generalities of pathos and logos.

Garagrath tested Muuksubes own foundations of Truth, and
seemed surprised that they were in agreeance on many things.
Muuksube pryed into Garagrath in turn, learning a great deal
of his beliefs, of his vision of truth, and the teachings of the
Temple.

It was upon the subject of Faith, that flaws in the Dogma
finally began to seep into the tense mental jousting between
Muuksube and Garagrath. It was there that Muuksube saw
the swirling haze of chaos ascend around them as the ever
present threat of death hung over them both.

The inescapable truth of the Scarab is that it ultimately leads
to complete and total havoc, like the grand inquisitor who had
taken Muuksubes eyes, the quest for mere power above all
only led to corruption, and in turn, chaos.

While this corruption stems from a place of purported purity,
it is in this Dogma that the destructive nature of unbridled
chaos can destroy civilizations, lead to complete anarchy, and
spark a fire which would destroy even the greatest of all
cities, and the accumulated knowledge and wealth of it all.

Muuksube believes that those who see truth can rise,
despite their past, and despite their prior path. Part of that
truth is that Order and Imperial Law provide the path for
those who can grasp their own truth in darkness. The Law
provides the path to rise, free from chaos and corruption.
Free from deception and disorder. True darkness, and order.
Those of the Empire are truly free to spread their truth
and seek their balance, through Imperial Law and Order.

The Law provides the foundation for all of civilization.

The force that keeps the Empire from eternal dominion over
Thera is Chaos. Muuksube has now seen the truth of Scarab
Dogma, and its ultimate goal.

Muuksube sees the truth, that Scarabs must be subjugated,
for their beliefs do not lead to darkness, but to chaos.

Darkness and Order.

Chapter 14

Coups and Oaths
Added Thu Sep 29 23:42:09 2016 at level 51:

Shortly after Muuksube appointed a full council, he felt strong
mistrust of the Shadowlord Peppeni. His lack of accountability,
his deceptive practices and mistruths made Muuksube lose
faith in him.

He had wanted to demote him for some time, but without one
to replace him, Muuksube felt he could shape Peppeni over
time to see if he could offer a glimpse of truth in the strength
of unbridled darkness, without deception.

Not long after the council was filled, a coup was called.

Halith, A glacial priest that Muuksube appointed, swore fealty.
Glik, a newly appointed warmaster by Lord Destuvius, swore fealty.
Rodacir, the dreadlord that Muuksube appointed, swore fealty.
Peppeni, the shadowlord that Muuksube appointed, swore fealty.

Muuksube believed that it was not any of the council that had
called the coup, but the Lord Destuvius. For not shortly after
Glikhardiz rose to warmaster, Muuksube angrily wrote a note to
Lord Destuvius, insinuating, for lack of a better word, that the Dark
Lord stay out of the business of appointing council members to
Muuksubes sects.

Malchazzars words rung through Muuksubes head.
Is it really YOUR Empire? Is it really YOUR palace?

When the vote was final, Lord Destuvius appeared and Muuksube
spoke truthfully, and plainly, when Destuvius asked who he
believed called the Coup.

Words were exchanged, and the Lord informed Muuksube that
Muuk had nearly done something never done in all of Imperial
history - had all four council members vote for him.
Until shortly before the vote, when one vote was changed.

A great gift was given to Muuksube, of an Ice Crusted Scepter,
for his service in seeing the Empire Rise.

Muuksube learned a lesson, that council seats are invitations
for the strong to rise, and not to be filled with the unworthy.
He would never again let someone unworthy linger.
