I've suggested this before, so it's sort of a rehash.
-Increase amount of personal sleek wands.
-Make a sleek wand to switch new location after you've gotten it from one location.
-Increase the amount of limited, non-sleek ABS available.
MOAR sleek locations = LESS effective wand lists.
