Okay I have an idea, which I think is a worthy one... Anywho I propose that you get a %1 increase for every skill/spell you pracced once you level. It's gonna help in a few ways, people will stop spamming parry/dodges, people would be less likely to level sit(After they spam pracced). Maybe remove skills like assassinate/flurry off this but other than that I don't see a reason hwy not to implement this...
