Recently I had four in a row just be for 1 percent, which seems strange if it's random.

The odds of randomly getting four 1's out of a range of 1-3 are 1/81. Especially given selection bias (i.e. you're more likely to notice streaks), it's hardly surprising that you'd notice such a run occasionally.
