Note that I start the round with 1395 hp, take about 25 hp damage from one decimate from Nukahv, and end the round with 1370 hp.

So buggy that it does the echo for getting a successful vamp touch even though I didn't? Yeah I guess. Buggy in actually giving me hp? Doesn't look like it.
