There is such a disparity.
Izhulin. 600 hours. Only 2500 imm exp. Equal pks. Equal(ish) roleplay, at least from my perspective. I mean, what's the difference in GL playing GL and CD playing CD? They're both just roleplaying themselves. Equal amount of gafus. Equal amount of poor decision making or loose 'roleplay' decisions. Equal respect from the playerbase.
Hunsobo validates his imm exp. Doughboy doesn't. Way too high. Izhulin doesn't, either. Too low.
