Got outted because he was the only guy who had that information and then all the Russians publicly said they'd full loot him, and guess what? They full looted him every time they ganged him down and he wound up deleting. So he lost his character over it, meanwhile the guy who actually did the cheating received nothing but a talking-to (alongside his title, tattoo and leader spot) and got to post this triumphant farewell. Oh, and now none of us can get to the Past through the back door. Then The Boss gets on the forums and told everyone that rules will be enforced on a case by case basis and everyone gets plenty of warnings before something bad happens to them.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, his emails went straight to Umiron. So there was at least his emails and the aforementioned pray. Not to mention IC undertones throughout the games as well as forum chatter that could have been picked up on and investigated.
