Chapter 1

Born as an orphan to the church in Arkam she had a normal childhood
considering. She was raised as a healer within the church. She grew up with a
man by the name of Derek Smithers who was the blacksmith apprentice. She
would marry him by the age of 17. Her life went well until a young woman by
the name of Isabella moved to the city. She took a position teaching the
children at the church. Beautiful in the tradition sense she would be the
envy of any woman.


Slowly Derek and Isabella became good friends though Encarva felt there was
something more hidden in their jokes and friendly gestures. As the months
went by she became convinced that he was having an affair with this woman. In
secret she studied necromancy to invade his mind while he slept. Testing the
boundaries of the magic pushing it and warping it haphazardly to her desires.


While he slept she forced him into a magical slumber then sifting through
his memories she found that he only cared for Isabella as a friend. She dug
deeper as he had to be hiding it deeper within his own mind. His infidelity's
had to be there. Driving the corruptive magic deeper into his mind beyond
what ever should be done. She still only found his own undying love for her.


Too late she noticed the darkness seeping, warping, and slowly consuming
her husband's mind. She used a mix of her powers as a necromancer and as a
healer to seal the corruptive magic she had placed unwittingly on her
husband. Weaving and cleaning up the injured portions of his mind. The
memories of her and Isabella were mixed and shattered. She tried to mend his
mind failing over and over.


Desperately she worked to try and save him. She finally realized the only
way to save him was to remove her memories from his mind. Yet the gaps in his
memory would remain. Cursed to fill them in with Isabella's to complete his
broken mind and make whole. A make shift ritual later and she sealed the dark
