Gryld Gilleppi the Grand Mistress of Changelings

Description

It would seem that this one likes lightning bolts. They are embroidered all
over her folded over blue silk wizard's hat underneath which wisps of gray
hair dangle. Her robes are a slightly darker blue, but silk with a mild sheen
and also covered with lightning bolts. Only there all are stroking down and
circle her entire little body. Her shoes, also blue, but not quite matching
either of the other items in hue, have a bolt each sewn on to the tops. What
appears to be a pocket watch chain exits one pocket on her robes and enters
another lower pocket. Hanging at various intervals on the chain...tiny silver
lightning bolts, though all are seemingly from different craftsmen and even
time periods. Her plump, round face exacerbates her tiny mouth, nose and
eyes, the stare from which is a little unnerving. She begins to chuckle,
though nothing moves on her face and you only know it's coming from her
because of her little paunch giggling up and down. In her left hand is an old
faded blue wand inlaid with a crystal...lightning bolt.
