Sindrir, Zhabala, and Fessara took the Orb, but Outlander/Fort took the Codex while they did id. Sindrir passed the Orb to the orcs, which is in violation of Imperial Law. Inquisitor tasked them with getting the Orb back.

For the record, Fessara logged out before the Codex was recovered, Zhabala went alone against 3 and got it back, and Sindrir logged off shortly after.
