Arthakar the Grand Master of Changelings, Initiate of the Scarab

Description

An aging felar who has strange, vicious darkbrown eyes skulks inside
the darkness of this place, almost as if he is attempting to avoid
the light that is present here. His garments too are quite strange,
extremely exotic for one of felarkind even, as they are a collection
of religious ceremonial robes of black and red which seem to fit his
feline dimensions perfectly. The few parts of his body which remain
uncovered by these foreboding religious garments show a harsh and
darkbrown fur, which is so unwashed and greasy it nearly looks as
black as tar. He seems rather small, being a little under six feet
in his total length, and his tail is about three feet long. It
shows the same greasy and darkbrown coloring as the rest of his fur
does, however the tip of it ends in an ash grey patch the same as a
patch right underneath his chin, which goes all the way down to his
chest from there. His ears have the same basic shape as any felar,
yet they also appear to be quite a bit longer and much more pointy
somehow, giving them a rather devilish appearance. The fur on their
insides is a white coloring that is starting to turn grey due to his
age, and likewise all his claws are beginning to show darkened grey
colorings as a result of a rather prolonged life to felar standards.
Six more or less horizontal grey stripes can be seen on the upper
region of his head, seeming to form a type of natural decoration on
the fur of his skull. Yet, what is by far the most unusual thing
about this dark and sinister felar is the shape of the inside of his
eyes.
For even for being the eyes of a felar, they somehow distinctively
resemble those of some sort of a serpent.
