Kasir bin-Hashar the Guiding Star, Godfather of Voralian City, Marshall of the Fortress

Description

This human has wrinkled, olive skin, and what must once have been a head
full of dark black hair, though it is now mostly white. Too much sun has
given his skin the quality of leather, and deep creases line his face.
He is quite thin, but carries an air of vigor that is uncommon in humans
of his age. He wears his hair cut close to the scalp, with a neatly
groomed mustache and short beard. These too are mostly white. Perhaps
his most striking feature are his eyes, which are a pale shade of green.
They present a marked contrast to the rest of his sun-burnt features.

Currently he wears a long dusty tunic that stretches from the shoulders
down to the calf, though it has been split up the sides to allow greater
freedom of movement. The garment is made from a course, cheap fabric, and
is what one might expect to see on a beggar or ascetic. You detect no
insignia or mark of rank on him, but something about this man recalls the
sort of hardness typically reserved only for veteran soldiers.
